The Learning and HR Development Division is divided into 2 sub-divisions namely
Learning and Curriculum Development Sub Division
The Learning and Curriculum Development Sub Division has the task of carrying out the teaching and learning process and matching the curriculum of international partners.
The sub- division Work Program, namely:
- Identify the international class curriculum
- Matching curricula of program studies with a curriculum partner or prospective partner
- Coordinate with the Unesa FEB Quality Assurance Group to monitor international class lectures
- Evaluating the academic performance of international class students
Resource Development and Training Sub Division
The Resource Development and Training Sub- Division has the task of developing human resources involved in internationalization activities
The sub- division Work Program, namely:
- Conducting orientation activities for foreign students in order to introduce Indonesian and Unesa culture
- Improve foreign language skills for international class lecturers and students
- Increase resource competence through collaborative research with foreign partners
